We offer full data traceability, real-time digital monitoring, and in-house tooling, die fabrication, and finishing through a concurrent engineering approach. Our high-capacity shelling system, typically a foundry bottleneck, is available for sublease—allowing qualified partners to operate as if it were their own. With domestically sourced materials and long-term contract options, YPPI provides a secure, scalable alternative to offshore sourcing—ideal for companies seeking tariff protection and reliable onshore production.

Pattern Molding Solutions
We offer in-house mold construction and a range of wax injection machines, including high-tonnage options. Our composite wax molds enable complex, customizable shapes, and we support rapid prototyping with 3D printed patterns—delivering test-ready designs in as little as two weeks.

Automated Shelling System

Our automated pouring system handles castings up to 300 lbs with consistent precision. Post-pour, stainless steel and Al₂O₃ media blasting prepare parts of various sizes for finishing—ensuring optimal surface quality and corrosion resistance at scale.
