In-House CAD & Simulation Services

We use SolidWorks® and CREO for precise CAD/CAM modeling and wax mold design, backed by SOLIDCast metal flow simulation. This allows us to optimize castings before production—reducing risk, improving yield, and speeding up development.

Pattern Molding Solutions

We offer in-house mold construction and a range of wax injection machines, including high-tonnage options. Our composite wax molds enable complex, customizable shapes, and we support rapid prototyping with 3D printed patterns—delivering test-ready designs in as little as two weeks.

Automated Shelling System

Our automated shelling system handles both high-volume part trees and large mono-shells up to 1000lbs. With capacity for up to 60,000 stacks per year, we support complex, large-scale castings with consistency and efficiency.

Automated Casting Processes

Our automated pouring system handles castings up to 300 lbs with consistent precision. Post-pour, stainless steel and Al₂O₃ media blasting prepare parts of various sizes for finishing—ensuring optimal surface quality and corrosion resistance at scale.

Automated De-Gating & Grinding

A robotic grinding cell provides consistent, repeatable finishing for parts up to 150 lbs. Multiple wheel sizes and speeds support complex shapes while improving throughput and surface uniformity.

Advanced Post-Cast Capabilities

We offer full post-cast processing with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining, mirror-finish vibratory and drag polishing, and certified TIG, MIG, and ARC welding for precision assemblies and intricate final shapes.
