Custom Rotational Molding for High-Performance Plastic Components
As the plastics manufacturing division of Yamaha Marine Systems Company, YMRM (formerly Kracor) brings over 50 years of experience in custom rotational molding. We produce complex, hollow-body plastic parts for marine, industrial, agricultural, and recreational applications—built for durability, UV stability, and dimensional precision. With in-house mold design, engineering support, and secondary operations like CNC trimming and component assembly, we support OEMs seeking a trusted domestic partner for high-volume or specialized plastic products.
Our Core Capabilities
Rotational molding, in-house mold design, custom engineering, CNC trimming, and secondary component assembly.
Rotational Molding
Rotomolding is a manufacturing process used to create hollow plastic parts and is the ideal process for making fuel tanks, water/holding tanks, and a variety of other parts.
With multiple molding machines we can efficiently make parts that range in size from 1 pint to 300 gallons.
Secondary Value-Added Operations
A variety of secondary operations are used to transform the rotomolded part into a finished product.
Let our expert technicians trim, spin-weld, foam, and assembly your parts.
Product Design Assistance
Optimizing your part for the rotomolding process assures the highest value of quality and cost.
With over 50 years of experience we will assist you during every step of the development process.
Specializing In Fuel Tanks
Custom designed fuel tanks for gasoline and diesel applications.
We specialize in making fuel tanks for marine and industrial applications. Every tank is built and tested to all regulatory standards.
Tooling Design and Mold Making
Rotomolding typically uses fabricated, machined, or cast aluminum molds to form the parts.
Having an in-house full-service mold shop allows us to quickly and cost effectively design and build the molds to make your parts.
